Expedition Rips Florida - SPoT Life

After our Harvest Jam All Ages Contest, Dylan Witkin and Frankie Heck stayed around to go skate some Florida spots with the SPoT crew and film a spot life. So on Sunday we loaded up the van and headed to Orlando. We had a great crew and nothing could stop us, not even the cops.

Frankie

Our first spot was a gem... nice out ledge, and it only needed a little wax.

Zion found a set on the side of the road and wanted to Boneless 180 it. Accomplished.

Ahhhhh Maitland Banks, one of Orlando's most known spots.

Dylan

Dylan basically killed this place for his first time being there and the fact that they aren’t too easy to skate. BS Nosegrind.

Zion followed it up with the BS Boneless before it got too dark to skate.

John

John Gow, our fearless Expedition rep came out all weekend and it was awesome. We made it to the Dern’s house thanks to Kanaan Dern. You’ve probably seen this pump track before.

Frankie

Their training facility is insane. They have everything. Frankie got to enjoy the bump to box, FS Smith.

The next day, Monday, we all met back at SPoT to get in a final session with Dylan and Frankie.

This place looks familiar, but different…….? Oh that's right, this is the new Bro Bowl park in Downtown Tampa. We got to get in a small session while they still work on it.
