SPoT First Fridays: Customer Appreciation Day / Free Skating

Posted on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 by Chris

Last Friday, we put together a Customer Appreciation Day to say thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years. Your purchases keep us rolling and keep skater-owned businesses alive. We had free skating, free BBQ and even raffled off some Tampa Am tickets. Check out some photos from the day and we hope to see each and every one of you this weekend for Tampa Am!

Your purchase keeps us rolling, so we wanted to give back with free skating all day, a BBQ and video screening here at SPoT!
Yoda made the move to California 3 years ago and has not looked back since. He uses Tampa Am as an excuse to come home, visit family, skate and he probably pays for it all with the money he is going to win during the Converse Concrete Jam!
Yoda also helps with anything that needs to be done at the park like hanging all the banners for Tampa Am.
What’s better: Angel Gonzalez cornrows or huge air?
Brian Schaefer loves the Insta story? He is most likely asking Derick who is going to win Tampa Am. Make sure you follow him @BrianSchaefer
Ishod Wair started a new trend at this year’s Tampa Pro.
Kris Clayton always killing it! Bs smith.
Lurking hard in front of the new Cons display.
Joel Box is the best! Grilling up some free food for our customers.
Steven Szumal won Best Style and the 16 & up division at our Harvest Jam / All ages awards. Check out that coverage here.

In the end, we gave out 10 tickets - hope you came up on some, but if not, you can get them here.
This couple copped a fresh pair of New Balance from the shop. Thanks for the support!
