The Silas Baxter-Neal signature Chino pants are made out of 97% cotton and 3% elastane twill. They have a regular rise in the waist, slim fitting legs with a slight stretch, and open up around the ankles at 16 inches wide. Also at Silas' request there are no rivets, buttons, or snaps on the backside to avoid extra shrapnel is your rear end when you slam.
