If you've ever been out to eat with Schaefer, chances are he got there last and then rearranged the tables/chairs for optimal social interaction between all parties present. Yep, that's just how he does. He took that style to the Shop this weekend and rearranged some counters and layout for us to better serve you. See you in the Shop!
