6th Annual SPoT Skate Cruise Photos & Video

It was our 6th annual SPoT Skate Cruise and we started off at The Bricks in Ybor, then skated to a few watering holes. We hit some spots on the way and gave out some free gear to the people.
Every year PBR sponsors this event, providing beer and goodies.

Made it to Downtown! We were taking over the roads and everything was going smoothly until….
Officer
Our good friends at the Police Station had to come and deter us from riding our boards in the streets. Josh Eckert did all the negotiating he could but it was a bust.

The cops had all us 40+ walking our boards down the street, it was a sight to see for sure.

Our first stop was The Hub, a small friendly bar located in Downtown Tampa. Derick Glancy starts it off with a Wallie out of the door.

When it's a 21 and up bar the young ones have to stay outside, but we always make sure we don’t leave them out. Who left a beer there….?

Cullen from PBR had hats, T’s, coozies, wristbands and anything your heart desired. He also made the whole trip with us pushing through Tampa.

The Infamous 10 story Garage in downtown. This is a new tradition started last year, and we only get one go at it before security chases us down.

Turtle Ditch! Its not a great ditch but if you live in Tampa and skate, you’ve definitely been there and had a good time once. Admit it.

We arrived at Hooters and went straight to business. SPoT hooked it up with wings and fries for every table! Frank's face says it all.

This dude was so eager to get into the Hooters girls photo that he just photobombed it.
Thats it! Now we skate back to The Bricks in the dark.

Theres always a few people who don’t skate the whole thing and I don’t blame you.

The Bricks! We made it! Everybody went inside, grabbed the last couple free beers provided by PBR and called it a night. Thank you to everyone that came out and helped! See you next year.
