The Council is a simple low-cut skate shoe with vulcanized soles, padded collars and tongues, and solid one-piece toecaps. The Baker collaboration of the Council uses Super Suede uppers, Impact S sockliners, and double stitching in high-abrasion areas for a longer lasting skate. This edition of the Council also has Baker labeling and Cyril Jackson insoles.
