Abu Dhabi: I left Chicago at 8pm on Tuesday

I left Chicago at 8pm on Tuesday night and arrived in Abu Dhabi at 7pm on Wednesday night. They are nine hours ahead of EST over there, which totally messed up my internal time clock.
