“For more than 17 years, skateboarding has been my passion and my life.
To create my own board brand and have a chance to be a part of skateboarding beyond just being a pro skater is a dream come true. So after nearly 10 months of silence, I’m excited and proud to announce the arrival of Primitive Skateboarding and introduce our amazingly talented team riders, Nick Tucker and Carlos Ribeiro.
Thanks to all of you for the continued support and I hope you enjoy what’s to come!”

At 15 years old, a young Paul Rodriguez riding for DNA Skateboards stepped into the battlefield of Tampa Am 2000. A self-proclaimed "Video Scientist," Paul gets to see the likes of Danny Garcia, Colt Cannon, and others for the first time in real life. Paul is overwhelmed when he realizes the caliber of what it takes to be pro seeing Mark Appleyard and Chris Cole destroy Tampa Pro 2001. Always knowing the importance of a Tampa Pro win under his belt, it finally happened by fractions of a point above Nyjah Huston where Paul took 1st place in Tampa Pro 2010. Enjoy Paul's Episode and be sure to see him on the live brodacast during Tampa Pro 2013 right here at skateparkoftampa.com.

You can skip to this point to catch P-Rod on Snoop's show. Paul is Snoop's nephew. Snoop's second time in the skate news this week. Hmm.

Thanks for coming and leaving your poop. By the way, I checked it before we put it
in the jar and it really doesn't stink. Amazing. Eric also posted this photo of

"Nollie frontfoot flips make me want to puke." That's a quote from myself on the site in the past. Well, P-Rod is out there doing nollie backside 180 front foot flips and they're looking beautiful. It's not a knee-jerk electric shock looking convulsion - it's a flick like a real backside flip:
Everyone else, stop the nollie front foot flipping.
