Captain Corporate's Coverage Patrol: October 2006

While reading the October 2006 magazines, I enter skate nerd info into the flux capacitor super gargantuan mega computer and out pops Captain Corporate's Coverage Patrol reports. Jamie Thomas is this month's media coverage champ. Shigeo is this month's most published photographer. Some photographers may be getting a two for one paycheck. Last month’s double dipper was Rodent who used Jeremy Wray’s backside 180 off that long flat plus three gap for both an Adio ad and an article in The Skateboard Mag. This month’s double dipper is Trinh who used Patrick Melcher’s hurricane on the Wilshire 15 for his Pro Spotlight in Transworld and for a Dekline ad. Anyone notice Pac Sun running that same ad month after month with a skateboard in it? The front truck is on backwards. Don’t let them shakkas put your board together, bra. Someone tell Clyde Singleton how cool all this skate nerd information is. It's better than a bucket of Church's.
