Checking in at The Bricks

From when I used to work in a restaurant long ago, most of what I remember is people constantly getting hired and fired, arrogant chefs, everyone having sex with each other except me, long hours, no free weekends ever, and shady tax business. Schaefer and the staff at The Bricks give you a small glimpse into the bar and restaurant life through their cell phones and it's looking pretty fun.
