Sometimes Things Get Dirty Here

We got some damn cool customers here at SPoT. After Jay here got his follow up email asking if everything on his order was okay, he mentioned that his laces were dirty. I told him only his women should be dirty and sent him new laces. I got this in the mail today and it made my day.
