This morning in Tampa, we had our heaters on. This afternoon, we have our AC's on. It fluctuates like that this time of year. This bum downtown I see all the time when I'm coming and going has a sign for both. This morning he had the top sign and this afternoon on my way home, I saw him with the bottom sign.
