Josh Stewart has been one of the most recognizable names in skate videos for a long time, and the release of Static IV and V this year further cemented that. With underground masterpieces that sometimes take years to make, he's often taken names that might have otherwise been overlooked and put them all together in one cinematic shred fest, including a handful of Tampa locals.
