** FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE **

May 07, 2003
Effective immediately, Sole Technology, Inc., the parent company of Etnies, eS, Emerica & Thirty-Two, wishes to announce it has decided to sever its long standing relationship with Phase Three and all of its divisions, including CCS, Dan's Comp and Alloy (collectively, "Phase Three"). Though the relationship has historically been mutually beneficial and rewarding to both parties, executive management team of Sole Technology has made this unilateral business decision to move on, citing a failure to agree on certain fundamental business terms required by Sole Technology as a prerequisite to continue the business going forward.

The Sole Technology management team is confident that this decision is in the best long-term interests of Sole Technology and of its brands, Etnies, eS, Emerica & Thirty-Two. Sole Technology wishes to thank Phase Three for its committment to the Sole Technology brands and would like to wish the best to Phase Three and all of its divisions, including CCS, Dan's Comp and the Alloy and hope they have continued success with all of their business endeavors.
