$15,000 is up for grabs in this best trick contest involving three obstacles and the best line you can come up with.

At Matix, progress is everything. In staying true to our slogan we have developed a skate contest that will take skill, balance, and progression to the next level. Imagine this - a flat bar, 30-feet of open space, a manual pad, another 30-feet of open space, and then an up-ledge box, all put together in one lane, in one line. Riders will skate in jams to create a line connecting those three items together, meaning they'll have to do a trick on the flat bar, a trick on the manual pad, and a trick on the up-ledge box, all in one line.
We’ve got a $15,000 purse to give away, with sums of $10,000 for 1st, $3,000 for 2nd, and $1,000 for 3rd and $1000 cash to throw out for best individual tricks! Who isn’t going to walk away with a little bit of dough in January?
Matix is proud to present its new contest – "Lord of the Lines." Friday, January 26th, 2007 located at the ASR Trade Show. 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm with a practice beginning at 1:00 pm.
Contest Format
- Pro invite only
- 24 skaters max
- Six, 10 minute jams
- Five minute practice before each jam
- Top three overall skate a final jam
