I swear Jimmy Lannon is a part-time ninja, I can just feel it. When Jimmy's not breaking boards in half with his flying karate kicks, he's doing head-high ollies with perfect style and form,(hence the ninja assumption). I sat Jimmy down this past weekend in hopes to understand how ones body can gain such abilities but all I got was some lousy Q&A's. Hope you enjoy this SPoT On as much as me, being a true Jimmy fan and all.
