We just arrived in Copenhagen and here's the first chill shot assault. Lots of street photos coming up. I promise, sort of.
Arriving in Copenhagen 2007

A nearly eight hour flight from Newark to Copenhagen means lots of vino and beats for someone who can't sleep on planes like me |
More vino. Did you know Nate Jones has a band? Dave Duren is on bass. It's called River of Rust. Try to find a CD |
This is a local newspaper. That Roskilde festival thing they're talking about is where we'll be next week. The band list is amazing. Here's who I'm camping out for: The Who, The Thermals, Slayer, Mastodon, Bjork, Beastie Boys, Anthony B, and Against Me. Wow, it's going to be entertainment overload out here |
Eight hour fat guy sandwich on the plane. That really sucked. It was like having two sides of beef pressing up against me for eight hours |
Boredom is off the charts on the plane. This here is the mile high club pooper |
It sure is wonderful |
Apparently going barefoot is common enough for all the bathrooms to have foot washers in them. This is the airport in Copenhagen. I didn't see any barefoots around |
You know that sinking feeling you get when you're at the luggage terminal and you realize your bags aren't coming out? Yep, our bags didn't show up. Oh well, I'll wear the same gear all month out here if I have to |
Some Denmark scrilla |
Thomas Kring picked us up at the airport |
There's some amazing architecture out here |
This is the lounge in the Fox Hotel that we're staying in. It's looking very classy |
Bikes are a very common form of transportation out here. Can't wait to get lost in the city on a cruiser |
We're skating at the park right now. Look at that baby step up |
There are some great parties planned over the next several days. Plenty of chill time lurking will go down in this area |
