Then the cement & water mix needs to be stirred up nicely, until all the water is absorbed and it resembles something like a Frosty.

Once the concrete is properly mixed, its time to pour it into the rubber mold.

With the mold full, the next move is to remove excess material with a trowel.

The next step is to compact the concrete by vibrating it from underneath with a hammer drill. This causes all of the bubbles to rise to the top, creating stronger concrete.

A piece of rebar is placed in the middle of the concrete to make the finished product even stronger. Then more crete goes on top!
