Last Sunday we got a bunch of friends together to celebrate the memory of an old friend, OG Skatepark local and true Tampa legend, Curtis Valentine. We lost Curtis in a tragic accident recently and it only seemed right to get the old crew back together at SPoT for a Session. In his honor we ripped the course, cracked beers, sipped Henny, grilled out and rolled dice, all the while telling our old stories about the first time we met Curtis or the time he verbally destroyed us in the Snack Bar when we were 15. Curtis' family came and hung out all day, listening to all of our old stories and sharing ones that we had never heard. They all have incredibly strong spirits and their energy is infectious. It was a honor meeting you all and we are truly sorry for your loss.

But first, Scotty performed the infamous "Cancel Dance". If you don't know, the Cancel Dance was created by Curtis to essentially kick people out of the skatepark, or just call them out for some kind of gear crisis.
