A New World Cup Champion
Frank Gerwer mentioned that he's never received a Tampa Award, so I made him this one that awards him 1,000,000 World Cup Points since he couldn't get any from Benji Galloway. I changed the `p` in Cup to an `nt` so that didn't make it through the PG-13 filter
