Sent in by Jayne Duvall. She says "this kid lives across the street from me, he just started showing up to skate, he is 18 now, but still looks like he is ten, as he is in these pictures. he has seven brothers and sisters, and a such a messed up kentucky accent, and loves fat chicks."
