Here's a post from Clements:
SPoT local, Jay Varnadore, now holds the record for shortest-lived employment record at Skatepark of Tampa. He was hired as a maintenance assistant on July 14th at 8:30am and was fired the next day when he showed up 45 minutes late. He was officially employed for 24 hours and 45 minutes. The previous record holder, Matt Giles, is still the only person that has been fired twice from Skatepark.
