Schaefer named his dog after this dude, thatâs a serious tribute. Todd Congelliere was one of those late 80s / early 90s vert dudes that disappeared earlier than he should have. This part is from 25 plus years ago and it can hang with a lot of whatâs going on right now. We wish heâd have stuck around.
