There was a moment in time when Tom Penny was just on another level compared to any other skater. This raw footage of him skating the park is classic Penny. His style was so effortless you don't even realize the caliber of tricks he was doing. No one was switch back lipping the handrail in 96, let alone with a cigarette in their hand. Enjoy.
