Top 16 From Each Day Make the Budget Cut

Due to budget cuts, we had to take some people out of the Tampa Am Street Qualifier Heat List and move them directly to Sunday's Semi-Finals. They are Kyle Walker, Louie Lopez, Matt Berger, Micky Papa, Alec Majerus, Jack Olson, and Timmy Knuth. Or maybe it was because they got top two at Damn Ams this year? I don't know, but word on the street for everything is budget cuts so I'm sticking with that. We should name a trick the budget cut. Maybe it can be that weird type of hardflip that doesn't really flip. Anyway, top 16 from each day make the budget cut to Sunday.
