This weekend SPoTlight Productions is helping out with the Vans Downtown Showdown on Sunday. It's at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, CA. This should be a fun one - it's a night contest that doesn't even start until 4pm. It's an invite only pro/am event with these teams: Baker, Zero, Toy Machine, Real, Girl, Element, Alien Workshop, enjoi, and Foundation. Check out coverage from last year. If you're part of the sketchy skateboard industry and you want to go, email me and I'll get you on the list. If you can't make it, it's being broadcast live at vans.com/showdown. Chris Troy will be sharpening his mic skills for that one.
