We normally take 16 for the cut each day, but since so many more people skated todayâs qualifier heats than yesterday, we broke it down to percentages to make it fair for the cut. When we took the top 16 yesterday out of 80 skaters, that was 20% that made the cut. The same 20% of the 103 that skated today make the cut â 22 people.
