Tampa Am 2005 World Industries Moat Race

Not only are these kids getting soaked in the most dirt rocking nasty suspect sewage river running past the front of the Park, they're also enduring freezing temperatures just for some free skate stuff. I saw boys getting the beat down from girls and people diving in for just stickers (whoa). After "mud" started getting thrown around, I got the hell out of there and back to the contest. One website visitor that was in the moat race describes their experience like this:

"I caught a deck that they threw in. I had to dive in the mud and fight off like 5 dudes but I got it. And then I got a deck and a shirt for racing in it. I still don't know if it was worth it though, I had all that crap in my mouth and it's still in my hair after two showers."
