#TBT Van Wastell Krooked Kronichles

Van Wastell left us too soon, of course, and based on the short time he had in the spotlight you have to assume he’d only just scratched the surface. Take his Kronichles part from 2006, sure he does the requisite stunts, but he just as adeptly freaks it up with creative moves like the ones that are the rage these days, and how about his backside flips? The question soon becomes, what couldn’t he do. The answer, not much. What made Van so great though is not a bunch of tricks, but the nonchalance, the effortlessness, the ease. You can’t practice what he did, if you have it you’re blessed. He had it.
