Created in 2020 by Mel Ramirez and Kava Vasquez to give the thriving women’s skate scene at River Avenue Skate Park their gold, Bronx Girls Skate’s grassroots approach continues to carve out new spaces throughout the city. For their first collaboration with Nike SB, the Bronx Girls Skate Dunk Low reinterprets the iconic colors of NYC transit with an Uptown homage to the Boogie Down.
Keeping it classic with a foundational black and white colorway, the Bronx Girls Skate Dunk Low is constructed with a luxe Stingray texture pebbled leather and white Swoosh. Pulling in color hits from the NYC train lines they use to navigate the city, the overlays feature green, orange, and red edge highlights with three coordinated lace options. The semi-translucent outsole continues the subway theme with custom art, BXGS graffiti lettering, and “The Bronx, The World” inscriptions on the left and right outsole heels. BX all day, the Bronx Girls Skate Dunk features door knocker earring-inspired NY heel jewelry, coordinated nameplate dubraes and a poetic send-off penned by Kava and Mel on the sockliner art.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order as long as the items are still in brand new condition with all packaging. All decks that are set-up or gripped upon request of the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order.
