ORDER PROCESSING

• Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at info@skateparkoftampa.com immediately.
• Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been packed and shipped.
• Once an order has been packed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and enter your correct mailing address and email.
• We are unable to process credit/debit card orders if you do not input the correct billing address.
• Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Our shipping dept. warehouse hours are from 8:30am-5pm EST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Tampa warehouse.

ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. Tracking will be available that day by 6:00pm EST. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service you choose. All orders over $100 may be shipped with signature required.

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

• We strive to ship all orders placed on a business day (Monday - Friday) with-in 24 hours.
• Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order unless it is a pre order or special request order.
• We will contact you if there is an issue with your order or credit card information. If we do not hear back from you after 48 hours your order will be voided and your card will not be charged.
• All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All shipments for 3 Day, 2 day and Next day delivery will be shipped UPS. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days (Mon-Fri).
• Our normal UPS shipping time is 5 days to the west coast and next day or 2nd day in the Southeast. You can call 1-800-387-4877 or check ups.com to check on shipping time for your area. We ship from Tampa, FL, 33605.
• We do not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING AND ECONOMY GROUND SHIPPING

Free Economy Shipping and Economy Ground Shipping will be shipped UPS or USPS depending on the delivery destination and method. Tracking will be provided.
