- Jam format, three skaters per jam, three minutes
- Top 12 skaters advance to Finals
- 5:00pm - Finals
- 12 skaters
- One heat
- Three one minute runs, best run counts
- 6:00pm - Independent Best Trick
- Awards and product toss

The top 10 skaters automatically qualify for Tampa Am
The winner receives $500 towards travel to Tampa Am and a Straight Shot to the Semi-Finals
DAMN AM OF THE YEAR
- Must skate two or more Damn Ams to be in the running
- The skater with the best two finishes will be Damn Am of the Year
- Damn Am of the Year receives a Tampa Am Finals Golden Ticket and an invite to skate the 2018 SLS Pro Open
