I have emailed you prior to this, I am extremely happy with your company. For my son that is in 8th grade, I ordered from you, CCS, and SkateAmerica. CCS took a long time to get even with a $350 order, and one item was wrong color and wrong size. It has been almost 3 weeks now where I am still waiting for a return slip from them, and also 2 phone calls later. Will not be ordering again if can help it. As far as Skate America, NEVER again. I was told my order was discontinued and to choose another item. I TRIED to contact them many times with generic responses, and I hate the fact that there is no phone number. I am just disgusted with them. You guys on the other hand were efficient, VERY quick, free shipping on a lower amt., and gave the best freebies! CCS sent us a sticker, and Skate America sent nothing, when they finally filled my order. Next time we are able to visit Florida we would love to come visit your scate park. You guys deserve to be proud of what kind of company you are, it matters with me and I appreciate it. Thank you. We also placed 2 more orders immediately after this one with you.
