Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order please email us at immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been packed and shipped. Once an order has been packed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and entered your correct mailing address and email. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our shipping dept. warehouse hours are from 8:30am-5pm EST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Tampa warehouse.


Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. Tracking will be available that day by 6:00pm EST. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service you choose. Starting January 2020: All orders over $100 will be shipped with signature required.


We strive to ship all orders placed on a business day (Monday - Friday) with-in 24 hours. Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre order or special request order. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order or credit card information. All orders are shipped via UPS, or USPS. All shipments for 3 Day, 2 day and Next day delivery will be shipped UPS. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days (Mon-Fri).

Our normal UPS shipping time is 5 days to the west coast and next day or 2nd day in the Southeast. You can call 1-800-387-4877 or check to check on shipping time for your area. We ship from Tampa, FL, 33605.

We do not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.


Free Economy Shipping and Economy Ground Shipping will be shipped UPS SurePost. UPS SurePost is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.


All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged $35.00 for UPS Ground shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order as long as the items are still in brand new condition with all packaging. No returns or exchanges may be made on sale or discounted items. All decks that are set-up or gripped upon request of the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order. In that case, we pay for all shipping costs, including reimbursing you for your return shipping costs. All sales of specialty and limited products are final. No order cancellations or returns may be made for any specialty or limited products. Examples include Nike SB QuickStrike releases and limited edition boards. Send items to the address below with a note explaining what you'd like us to do (return or exchange). If you are returning shoes please be sure to place the shoe box inside another box like we shipped them to you. We will not accept your return if the shoe box is damaged.
