If you know Brian Schaefer personally, you know he's a very generous person. It shows in his small business, too. Full time SPoT employees get all kinds of stuff normally reserved for Captain Corporate: 401k, profit-sharing plan, health insurance, etc. Holy crap we sound like a bunch of totally over-mature adults here or something.
