By conservative estimates, there are like 450,000,000,000 websites out there. So, when someone or some sketchy company spams you out all excited with a capital O, M, and G saying it's now 450,000,000,001 and "We have a new website!!!," it's capital W for whatever. There are some exceptions. You may have already heard about Already Been Done. The project is Josh Friedburg and Rob Brink joined by known keyboard bangers like Dave Carnie. They're publishing in the issues style rather than daily banter. It's worth a look and read.
