As someone that’s judged a grip of Tampa Ams, I know it’s almost impossible to win without doing a flawless run, because with so many out there ripping, one fall is usually one too many. But not always. Case in point, Tampa Am 2008, Luan’s one missed hardflip attempt was completely eclipsed by a barrage of tricks that were so difficult that putting him anywhere besides first place would have been criminal. The next year he won again, with no falls, but I like this run better.
