On Nerdsday Thursday this week, we're taking a look at the traffic to the site this weekend during Tampa Pro. I'm looking at data from Friday through Sunday. Let's say some mad woman is stalking Schaefer and visits the site 47 times throughout the weekend. This nut case will count as one unique visitor. When it comes to total visitors, that stalker will be counted 47 times. So, now that you know the difference between unique visitors (139,471) and total visitors (273,487), let's dive into the data. I took some time to make it pretty with these infographic things everyone seems to be using these days. We'll be back to regular boring CPA style next week. Check out Nerdsday Thursday: Tampa Pro 2013 Broadcast Statistics.
Last year's increase blew us away, so we didn't really except another 42% increase in unique visitors this year, but that's what happened. Thank you all for stopping by. Another amazing point is that only one third of the traffic was from the United States. Nearly 19% of visitors that weekend were from Brazil.
Of course it's no surprise that mobile visitors continue to skyrocket. Nearly 74% of you are on Apple products. I'm convinced that the majority of Android users are your grandparents and people who don't know or care how to really use technology. These are people who actually still use their phones as phones and not as a computer.
