This week on Nerdsday Thursday, I'm taking a look at what the most popular brands among our top 50 skaters are.

For this week's Nerdsday Thursday, we're taking a look at all the scores judges have given over the years using our live scoring system called SPoT Scoreboard.

I started with doing an analysis of our top 200 skaters over the years. Of course, the first question is regarding their ages. Then I dug deeper to see who out of those 200 top skaters from 2006 is still a skater. The numbers are pretty damn alarming. I don't want to believe it.

This week on Nerdsday Thursday, all I got is one simple chart for you. I was recently reviewing Lakai performance after this weekend's Spring Roll and found some fairly interesting ups and downs. Given major events over the years, you can read a lot into this one if you want.

Today we're on the Nike campus in Beaverton, Oregon going over all kinds of things from retail goals to what we want to do with our contests and events and how we can improve our service and experience to you guys as our audience and customers. So, today's Nerdsday Thursday has a bit of a Nike focus on it as I quickly prepared some random bits of data to chew on.

For this week on Nerdsday Thursday, we're going back to another age analysis, this time with pro skateboarders.

This week on Nerdsday Thursday, I'm looking at all the skaters who have skated Damn Am over the years that have gone pro. The list includes three Thrasher Skaters of the Year (Grant Taylor, David Gonzales, and Leo Romero) plus many of today's top pros. I can't belive how we've been able to meet over 120 of today's pros as they were kids coming up and skating contests like Damn Am for the fun and friendships you form at events like that. Take a look at this amazing list of pros that have skated Damn Am. Who's skating Damn Am right now that will be on this list in the future? We'll see.

This grid shows the top 10 companies in the Pants/Jeans category. For the last decade, Krew dominated most years. It's interesting to see eS creep in there before they threw in the towel. Split might look odd to you in there in 2005, but don't forget they sponsored Tampa Pro that year so of course that directly affects your brand's performance.

Let me start with a description of the data. We've been doing Damn Am since 2001 when Brian Schaefer decided that the world needed to experience firsthand the vibe and style of Tampa Am. Since then, there have been 5,239 Damn Am contest placings consisting of 1,655 unique skaters.
