SWEET FEET: Lakai Proto

2018 brought a lot of good things to skateboarding. To me, one of the most notable was the fact that Tony Hawk received a new pro model shoe. The skate nerd inside of me loves the fact that both Tony and Riley Hawk both have Lakai pro models out at the same time, while my feet love the fact that Tony’s shoe, the Lakai Proto, is equipped with enough shoe technology—an internal sock, nylon tongue straps, an all-new XLK outsole, hex-tread, and Delux-Lite footbeds—to keep ‘em feeling right.
