Hi Brian...
I just want to say that I am really sorry for not showing up to the demo. It is not my style to commit to something and not show up. I really never do that, but as I am sure you know life is not always perfect and things come up. And that's what happened to me. I have been dreading this tour a lot in general because I tore my ACL and am still in recovery mode. I ended up having some very important stuff I had to deal with because I am living in NY now and had not been there in a year. Then had to come back to NY and then leave straight to Tampa. I made a poor decision to not show up to Tampa thinking that I would not be missed because I was not skating. Looking back on it I realized that was not the case and some people really expect to see me if my name is on a flyer... I know all my excuses have nothing to do with you and I am not sure if I even explained them in the right way... But if it helps at all I just want you to know that I truly feel bad for my actions and would love to know if there is any way to make it up to the Skatepark. I want you to know that I respect you and am grateful for what you do for skateboarding. I am so sorry again and hope u can understand to some extent.

Chad,
Thanks for taking the time to write this. All good man on all points. Always better to have you of course as you do make a difference even if you are on crutches. Your crew of three had the power of 10, so Element prevailed with flying colors. Be sure to thank your teammates. Nothing you have to do to make up anything my friend, but next time you have the opportunity to make it out, please do. Everyone would be stoked to see you so make it to Tampa Pro in March of 2010.
See you soon and heal up fast,
Brian
