Sorry about the late results post for vert yesterday. When everyone's hanging out and getting loose after the contest, that will easily take you away from your work, especially after a 12 hour day or whatever. Vert had a pretty decent crowd going for the entire contest. We were also able to get it started a lot earlier this year. Vert Best Trick was insane with stuff like Christ Air 540's going down and Jake Brown. You've seen people stepping it up on the hippie jumps lately on street like 360 flip hippie jumps and stuff, but Jake Brown did it on the vert ramp using the channel as the ground and the coping going across as the bar to jump - yikes.

Last night at Masquerade was a super good time as usual also. It was one step away from the chaos that went down during the Tampa Am Contest After-Party. About six police officers did a tour of the place looking for anyone causing trouble or underage drinking at one point. I didn't see anyone get busted. The place was packed with 100% familiar faces, good times, shots, way too young girls lifting up their shirts, etc. Check out some photos of vert and the night out after below. From now on I'm going to start charging people twenty bucks or something every time I get told "Don't put that on the website" after taking a possibly incriminating photo of someone. I've been hearing it all weekend. At least the girls that were lifting up their shirts for photos didn't say anything.

I see by the comments below that Nate Sherwood has been to the website. Don't hate, appreciaskate. What up Nate.
