This is for All Ages Contest registration, NOT Damn Am, Tampa Am or Tampa Pro. Check out full coverage of past All Ages Contests here. You can always get right back here to the registration form by going to skateparkoftampa.com/contestWaiver Required
You can't skate without a waiver, so click here to fill one out.If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present to fill out this waiver for you. The only exception is to bring a notarized waiver with you.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but these rules are strictly
enforced. Do not register unless you have your waiver taken care of. We cannot give refunds for
registration fees if you get here and don't have your valid waiver on file or with you.
Registration online closes the day prior to the contest. After that, you'll
have to come into the Shop and sign up the day of if there are any spots left. Florida Sales Tax
will be added to the cost of the registration fees.
