Everyone who orders online from us gets a follow up email making sure everything was ok with their order. We get plenty of interesting comments. Below is a reply I got from someone who wants wheels that make the sound "kiiiiii" so he can skate like Michael J Fox. Wow. How would you reply to this one?

Hi Barak and Rob.
thanks for mail. that was 100% okay, and you guys send my order so quickly. I am skating with that deck in NYC, my felling is so nice, THANKS!!!! I am 100% satisfied.
by the way I order all gear except the wheels, cause the wheels what I wanted was not there on your web site. so I bought from different company. the wheel was bones DTF, but I am not satisfied with wheels. I know that was my fault. I need some advice about wheels.
I am looking for the wheels that can cruse the street so smooth like soft wheels, and can do the slide trick also. I like the sounds "kiiiiiiii" when I do the power slide.
before I had the wheels powellperalta 92a mm off set type that was original from 80's. I used it for cruising but it could make sounds "kiiiii" as well. but It was stolen, and now I am looking for like that wheels. the wheel was just little big for some trick, I think it was like 60mm I could do power slide but cannot do slide trick like tail slide. so I think 56mm is the best.
I am skating for 8 years since I was 16 years old . and my skating style is become simply and naturally. skating like Michel J FOX in BACK to the future #1 is my ideal now, should I buy off set wheel! HAHAHA anyway....... do you have any recommend next time I am supposed to buy from your shop.
