Texas Skate Jam IX for the Make-A-Wish Foundation
Saturday, November 5, 2005
Southside Skatepark in Houston, Texas

What is the Texas Skate Jam?
It’s a Skate Jam, but with more of a purpose! We raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation (www.wish.org). All money raised goes to MAW – over $185,000 in the last eight years!

Who comes out?
Over 100 invited pros and ams skate for 700+ spectators. Tickets are $30 each and are available at many locations – check www.skateboarder.com for more info. Anyone that wants to see something amazing...by ‘amazing’ we mean skateboarding giving back. And not just everyday people giving money out, but SKATEBOARDING giving money to an organization that offers real hope and happiness to children with life threatening illnesses.

Who sponsors the Jam?
Adio, South Shore Distributing, Zoo York, 411VM, Transworld, Skatepark of Tampa, and most of all, Southside Skatepark, where it all goes down.
