Random Foundation Stuff
Yet another free DVD - this one is included with the new Skateboard Mag. It's a 30-minute tour video from Foundation, and to be honest, it's obvious why this one is free. I'm gonna' do something different and just go with a list of things I noticed about the video.

  • Gareth Stehr comes through with a disappointing amount of footage considering it's his video.
  • The only way I can really tell Leo Romero and Tommy Gurrola apart is because Tommy grew out his hair.
  • Corey Duffel is definitely a favorite with the kids. He also seems to be expanding the terrain he skates even more.
  • Ironically, the two guys who I looked forward to most - Mike Rusczyk and Ethan Fowler - had the least amount of stuff. Go figure.
  • A lot of the music in this video has already been used in other videos.
  • Angel Ramirez's style has improved A LOT. No more little kid stuff.
  • There is no main menu, and chapters are inserted every five minutes, making the production seem as if it was done carelessly.
  • Matt Allen, Leo Romero, and Tommy Gurrola didn't stand out too much.
Actually, all of this video blends together. But it's free, so there's no reason why you shouldn't go buy the newest issue of The Skateboard Mag for you own copy.
