We are currently giving away a free Plan B hat with every purchase of a Tampa Am 2006 DVD. If you've never ordered from us, we're on it here. Everyone who orders gets a follow up email making sure that we didn't blow it on any part of your order. Some of the responses are pretty entertaining. Here's one that came in today from James in Laguna Hill, CA:

this is the only order that made it.you guys need to work your s**t out.i still dont have either pair of jeans ive optioned and you guys keep sending busted links.i never thought this s**t would take a month.ill never order with you again.

He then followed up with this:

whoops!!!! i thought you guys were skate ameraca, disregard the last survey from me.you guys rock!!!!! i got everything fast as f**k and you delivered as promised which is more than i can say for those assholes in san diego
