Damn Am at Minneapolis This Weekend

You may not know it now because you're extra young, but a skateboard contest is not just a skateboard contest. For many of you, it will be the place where you first meet your friends that you will have for a lifetime. It's also the place where you meet back up with your friends where it seems like you haven't seen them in a lifetime. So while it may seem that the focus is on getting the results super fast and crowning the winner and announcing it to the world, that really is the last thing we're thinking of when we plan an event. Stop by the Damn Am at Minneapolis this weekend and I'm sure you'll have a good time even if you're not that "contest guy." I'll tell you what, Minneapolis is going to be saying, "Who in the hell brought Florida?" tomorrow when Ryan Dodge, Ryan Clements, Brian Schaefer, Matt Giles, Chris Lehman, Dylan Perry, Frosty, Chapin Atchison, and I get off the plane tomorrow. See you there. Bring your girl for the Adio Dunk Tank.
