The smooth operator from St. Pete, Ricky Dixon, put in a lot of time on some classic Tampa spots. I would even go as far as to say he owns the handrail in the Convention Center tunnel. Many tricks have been done over it, but Ricky definitely shut it down in F.O.R.E. & Friends (13:15).
