I guess dope is legal here for medical use, but when you see your average crackhead everywhere lighting up the wacky weed everywhere on Venice Beach, it kind of gets you upset when you got arrested for having beer in a to-go soup cup. That's Clements and Mark flexing their push next to Muscle Beach
